Brief:
Create artwork for one of the musicians in the 27 club. The only restriction being that the size has to be 27cm by 27cm. Think about the focus for the piece. Ensure the entry is respectful as the subject could be viewed as sensitive in nature.
Personal View:
What drew me towards this brief was the fact I had no idea who Brian Jones was. Yet I am a fan of the music made by The Rolling Stones. When you think Rolling Stones you immediately are drawn to the two key well known members, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. After researching Brian Jones I found out he was a key member, the spark that lit the fire, this is something I wanted to visually represent.
